About Me
Who Am I
I’m a certified coach, world-traveling speaker, and former HR leader who spent over 20 years inside organizations watching far too many brilliant people shrink themselves to “fit in.” I’ve made it my life’s work to challenge the old rules of work — the ones that say conflict is dangerous, joy is unprofessional, and accountability is something to fear. I started a global conversation about facing conflict and rejection head-on, and I’m not done yet.
My Mission
My mission is simple: to prove that joyful, connected, wildly human workplaces aren’t a fantasy — they’re a competitive advantage. I help organizations transform their culture not by adding more rules or initiatives, but by bringing people back to what actually drives them: meaning, belonging, and the courage to show up fully.
My Approach
I don’t sugarcoat. I don’t tiptoe. And I definitely don’t believe in boring workshops that change nothing.
My approach blends positive psychology, unapologetic honesty, and two decades of HR experience with a healthy belief that work should feel good. I help teams stop avoiding the hard conversations, stop performing, and start leading — with joy, clarity, accountability, and connection.
